Identity and contact (name, e-mail, phone, country); appointment requests; consent records, including timestamp, IP address and browser, kept as proof of free and informed consent; testimonials you submit; messages sent through the contact form; account information if you create one. Payments and donations are processed by Stripe and PayPal: we never store your card numbers.

To manage appointments and accompaniment; to keep proof of consent; to process payments and donations; to publish testimonials you authorise us to publish (after review); to answer your messages; to manage your account and roles.

Your consent and the performance of the requested service.

Retention

Your data is kept only as long as necessary for the relationship and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

Only with our technical providers: the payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal) and the host. We never sell your data.

We use only essential cookies (login session, chosen language, CSRF protection). No advertising cookies, no trackers.
