1. Spiritual nature of the service

The consultations and accompaniment offered by His Majesty Firmin Fleury Danleu Ngappi are exclusively spiritual in nature. This is a dialogue with God and the Ancestors, a spiritual discernment, and a search for deep understanding. This is not magic, fortune-telling, or entertainment. Outcomes depend on His Majesty's discernment, the will of God and the Ancestors, and the person's engagement; no "magical" result is guaranteed. His Majesty nevertheless commits to faithfully doing his part before God.

2. Minimum age — Adults only (18 years and older)

Access to this platform and use of its services are strictly reserved for adults (18 years of age or older). By creating an account, booking a consultation, or submitting a consent form, you explicitly confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Non-substitution clause

Spiritual consultations, prayers, blessings, and any rituals offered on this platform do not in any way replace:

  • Medical follow-up or any treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional;
  • Psychological or psychiatric care;
  • Any necessary legal, judicial, or social procedures.

Each user remains free and fully responsible for consulting a doctor, psychologist, lawyer, or any relevant authority. The Le Takunga platform cannot be held liable for the consequences of any delay in or waiver of medical care or legal action.

4. Donations — Spiritual acts, non-refundable

When God and the Ancestors request a donation:

  • It is given before any consultation or treatment, in keeping with the spiritual practice.
  • It constitutes a spiritual act (offering or participation), not payment for a guaranteed result.
  • It is non-refundable, even if the person changes their mind after payment, or if the consultation does not lead to the hoped-for result.
  • The amount is indicated by God and the Ancestors in His Majesty's prayer; it may vary depending on the situation, region, or country.

God and the Ancestors may at times request a free consultation or decline to receive a person. In all cases, His Majesty cannot go against what God and the Ancestors indicate to him.

5. Voluntary participation — Right to refuse at any time

Any accompaniment, treatment, or ritual offered is strictly voluntary. You may refuse or stop at any time, without having to justify yourself. In particular:

Purification washing: This treatment may only be proposed when God and the Ancestors request it and only for adults who have given explicit, informed consent. It requires that the person be completely undressed so that the sacred plant and water can act fully on the body. His Majesty does not touch the body directly; only the plant is used to symbolically sweep the surface of the skin while calling for liberation. Everything is done with the utmost respect, with no sexual intention, no ambiguity, in an enclosed and dignified space, without outside observers. If the person is uncomfortable or wishes to stop, the washing is not performed. No one is ever forced.

6. User conduct & testimonials

By using this platform, you undertake not to submit any illegal, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. Testimonials are subject to moderation before publication. The platform reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that does not comply with these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Le Takunga and its publication director (Firmin Fleury Danleu Ngappi) disclaim all liability for:

  • Spiritual or personal outcomes of consultations;
  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of or inability to use the platform;
  • Any technical interruption, error, or unavailability.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Legal Notice. We encourage you to read them carefully.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
